Terms of service
Short terms of sale of digital goods in the AnyDeck project.
1. Subject
Sole proprietor Ashtar Shukurovich Ashtarov (the Seller) provides individuals (the Buyer) with access to the digital content of the AnyDeck game: in-game resources (spins and shards) and Premium status, listed on the «Products and prices» page.
2. Acceptance
Paying for a product by any of the offered methods means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. The agreement is concluded when the payment is received.
3. Prices and payment
Current prices are listed on the «Products and prices» page. Payments from outside Russia by card of a foreign bank or PayPal are processed in US dollars by the payment platform Lava.top (LAVALANE LTD, Cyprus), which acts as the merchant of record for these payments. Payments with Telegram Stars are made through Telegram under its terms. The Seller does not receive or store the Buyer's card data.
4. Delivery
The goods are digital and are credited to the Buyer's game account in Telegram automatically after the payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.
5. Refunds
The refund terms are set out on the «Refunds» page and are part of these terms.
6. Restrictions
The goods are intended for use inside the game and cannot be exchanged for money, except for the refunds provided for in section 5. The Seller may change the range and prices of goods; changes do not affect orders that have already been paid for.
7. Game rules and penalties
The game is built for moves made by a person. It is forbidden to automate game actions (scripts, bots, programs and services that play for the Buyer), to use several accounts by one person to gain an advantage in leaderboards and rewards, and to exploit game bugs instead of reporting them to support.
For a violation, the Seller may apply any of the following measures to the account: remove the earned points, damage and trophies, exclude it from leaderboards and rewards, restrict access to certain game mechanics, or block the account. These measures are not grounds for a refund of digital goods that have already been credited and used.
