Frequently asked questions
- Where do I get AnyDeck promo codes?
- Codes are posted in the game's channel and the players' chat, and permanent ones are on this page. Giveaways in the channel comments often end with a code too.
- Why isn't my promo code working?
- There are three reasons: the activation limit ran out, the code expired, or the reward was for an event that has ended. Each player can activate a code once.
- How fast do codes from the channel expire?
- Limited codes are gone within hours: the activation limit is shared by all players. See a code - redeem it right away, not in the evening.
- Where do I enter a promo code?
- In the bot - with the command “.promo CODE” (the bot won't accept just the code as a message). In the app and the browser - Profile, the “Promo code” row, the “Apply” button. Letter case doesn't matter.
