How to enter a code and why it might not work
A promo code contains spins, shards, coins or days of Premium, and during an event also event currency and wheel spins. One code can be redeemed once per account.

In the bot
In the bot the code is written only with the command: the bot won’t accept just the code as a message. Case doesn’t matter.
Active codes are on the promo codes page, and new ones come out in the game channel.
Why it doesn’t work
Activation limit reached Codes with a hundred activations are gone in minutes
Expired Even if activations are left
The event is over A code with event currency only lives as long as the event
Already redeemed The same code won't work a second time
You may also see “Invalid format” - a code only has Latin letters and digits - and “The promo code is unavailable right now” when a code is switched off.
